1. The Raising of Lazarus! Jesus meets a family who has asked Jesus for help and nothing happened. Have you ever felt that way? Have you ever wondered, “Why do I have to wait on God for an answer?” Especially when it’s something really important, with a lot at stake. Why are there times when God seems to be silent in our lives especially when we really need Him? There is a reason we have to wait. Jesus has something greater in mind. Big time!

2. The Triumphal Entry! Have you ever noticed how much of life is lived in the surprises and the unexpected? From our world to our personal lives, we can’t anticipate the uncertainties of life. How are we to understand these times of uncertainty? There are three principles that can help us navigate these times.

3. The Prayer of Jesus! Don’t miss this critical concept in the history of salvation. Jesus drinks a cup so that we don’t have to drink from it. We know the exact moment he drinks from this cup. Watch and find out. You will be surprised!

 4. The Arrest of Jesus! We want a God who cares and is in control of our lives. In this amazing story, there are several surprises that are often overlooked. Each of these dramatic events has a significant impact on how God works in our lives. We have a God who cares and is in control.

5. The Death of Jesus! On the day Jesus died, five things happened. It got dark, the veil of the temple was ripped in half, there was a great earthquake, the tombs of the saints were opened, and they came into Jerusalem three days later. Find out why.

6. The Burial of Jesus! On the day Jesus died something dramatic happened! The often-overlooked burial of Jesus takes Him from the crucifixion to His exaltation. This event is almost too stunning and amazing to believe. Yet it’s true. And there is truth in this event for anyone who has faced suffering and humiliation.

 7. “The Resurrection of Jesus!” The angel commanded, “Do not be afraid, Jesus has risen from the grave!” Fear’s a powerful, limiting, destructive emotion. If Jesus has power over death, He has power over life. Yours and mine. So, fear not!

8. The Ascension of Jesus! This is the great coronation of Jesus. God replaces a crown of thorns for a crown of glory and exchanges a common robe for the robe of a sovereign king. When this happens, Jesus becomes our great consolation. We’re not left alone. He becomes our advocate and the lifter of our heads.

 9. The Pentecost! Pentecost is the day when the Holy Spirit fills each and every believer with new power, purpose, and perspective. We live in this new age until the return of Jesus.
